Where do I begin? The apartment complex has horrible management. No one ever knows what's going on. My apartment had really bad mold and condensation issues. The only solution that was offered was a bleach spray down. The windows were to be changed out and that never happened. When asked about it they would blame Covid and the vendor who was to provide the windows. I have been gone for well over 5 months and have yet to have received my deposit back. When asked about it, no one can give you a clear answer as to why it's taking so long, or why it's not the full amount given when the apartment was left in great shape. I was told it was sent to my forwarding address. When I asked them what address it was they stated it was the address I lived in while residing at the Drexel. (what sense does that make). When I continually go up there regarding my deposit it's always a different story, it's never the same. They tell you a manager will contact you just to get you out of the office and no one ever calls. No one in the apartment complex knows what's going on and it's been nothing but a headache dealing with them. My next step is small claims court.

Stupid management... Came all the way driving for 45 minutes to get a tour with an email confirmation and the lobby person tells me that she cant show me anything.. Virtual tours dont work as well.. Although they send an email, they dont send tour details. The worst management Ive dealth with!!!!! what a nightmare!!!

Terrible communication from the on site property team. They provide a generic response to the reviews and you can NEVER get in touch with anyone wether through phone or email. Property is surrounded by roaches. Just walk around the building in the evening and you’ll know what I mean. No use in paying pest control. You are going to have big roaches in each apartment. Not a secure property. Gates have been broken for over a month. Key fobs don’t work. Management is doing a great job of running this property…. into the ground.
