I've lived here for less than a year, and for more than half of that time I've been dealing with issues with management. They don't not handle issues with tenants in a timely manner; no follow up or follow through on their part. I've given them too many chances to correct my concerns and they continue to fall short.

The best customer service I have received in a very long time!! I was given a tour by Tiffany and I must admit that she is one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever come in contact with. She helped me understand how things worked and most importantly explained that if I still had questions I could call on her. You don’t see this everywhere for someone to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend going in and taking a tour if you are looking to move. She will not let you down!!

Me and my wife Highly recommend The Element at Kirkwood … The customer service there was extremely friendly. My wife called the property and spoke to a young lady by the name of Tiffany which was the same lady that gave us the tour around the complex. And might I say the complex was very well up kept! But the customer service from Tiffany was exceptional.. So If your looking for a great Place to stay with quality customer service ask for Tiffany and she will make sure all your questions are answered.
