EDITED/UPDATED REVIEW: I have lived in this complex for 2 years. The complex was really great under the previous property management. About 6-7 months ago, we were acquired by new property management and since then it's been down hill. You will pay a $15 valet trash fee, only for your trash to not get picked up for days on end. You will have items stolen out of the mailroom. Your guests will have their car broken into. This is just the reality of the situation. The actual units are nice & the location is VERY convenient. But paying for trash pickup & having it ignored, stolen packages, and car break-ins are my deal breaker. I will not be renewing my lease.

8/28, 2022 updates 2 months have passed since the last update. Almost nothing changed or everything is getting worse. The parking lot gate is still broken a lot. I saw there are some cars of the not residents inside the parking lot for a few days. They didn't boot it. valet trash still not working on the designated day. but they charged very well. funny. Bug and smell... I went outside to dump trash frequently. Elevator was broken a lot. -------------------------------- 6/22, 2022 updates As I said, I sent an email to the owner's company and there was no response. But after that, the leasing office staff answered my message and it seems like something is happening. Whether my experience here will be good or bad, I'll update it again if there is a change later. Basically, I'm hoping this community gets better for everyone. -------------------------------- 6/14, 2022 updates Getting worse. Loud noise, broken gate, bugs, valet trash, communication with staff and so on. I decide to send a email to owner company below here. -------------------------------- Apr, 2022 I have been living here for 1 year. The company has recently changed. After that, all processes, including maintenance and communication with staff, were much slower than before. It's still a good place to live, but this is dissatisfying.

I live at the complex and I don't think that they're going to be able to accommodate you because this property is not for low income. And they do not have any 3 bedrooms
Nearest grocery store will be Publix. But target is closer it's not a grocery store I just don't know what to call it (Target)
