Awesome place for the kids (and adults) to learn martial arts. Mike is very patient, funny, and caring with the kids. He combines both striking and grappling techniques along with self defense strategies for bullies or bigger threats. In addition to martial arts, he positively reinforces other aspects of their lives. He recognizes good grades and keeps up with everyone's birthdays. Sometimes he throws in a life lesson or two. It's a great all around program that's takes all the right things seriously and is still a lot of fun.

I signed my daughter up for self defense classes (12 yrs old) and fitness. It is all mixed together so they learn, MMA, fitness AND self defense. Mike is very good at explaining the similarities and differences between self defense moves and MMA. It is a relaxed, fun environment. He equally commends good behaviors and calls out not so good ones. My daughter is learning skills that I hope she does not need but I am glad she has.

We can not thank mike price enough. Not only is he teaching our children the skills of martial arts , he is building incredible confidence for our daughter and son. Mike also teaches stranger danger. My wife took them on that day and was beyond thankful. Definitely join this incredible family.

Mike does a wonderful Job dealing with the kids. He insists on discipline and respect, but does it in a way that the kids are receptive. The kids seem to have a great time, and mike makes it fun. My son is building confidence and learning self defense all while having a good time
