Fulton Cottonmill Lofts are absolutely AMAZING. I loved my time there. They are extremely reasonable, generous, and have an equitable and helpful staff, unlike many other establishments. You can count on Angel, Mel, and Anita, to help with any issues you may have and make you feel right at home. Look, it's an older establishment. Things will be down from time to time. That stinks! ...BUT Kim and the Maintenance Staff are also EXTREMELY generous and helpful. You can count on any issue being resolved w/in 24 hours, OR LESS! I've even had the luxury of working with Josh at TriBridge, the owership group. They truly are helpful and accommodating. I've thoroughly enjoyed my 2.5 years at Fulton Cottonmill Loft :).

I lived in the C building for 2 years. The looks and feel of the property are fantastic, very well maintained and just a beautiful place to call home. It was a really unique experience living here with all the history of the building that you can see and feel around you every day. On the downside the elevator was rather slow, but it’s a really old elevator and I wouldn’t replace it honestly, the slow speed is worth it as it contributed to the feel of the place. Security was annoying as the gates tended to back up during rush hour and sometimes the key card didn’t work. Honestly I wish it was not a gated community as the neighborhood is very safe and the process of getting in and out of the gates was annoying. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and always recommend it when I hear someone is looking for a new apt. Between the brick walls in the units, the beautiful courtyard and the pool area that looks straight out of a movie the whole property is just lovely place to be.

I’ve lived at FCM in building C for 2 years and have had minimal issues. However, over the past few months, 5 of my packages have been stolen. I’ve emailed the management company to make them aware and have not received a response. It’s apparent that other residents have had packages stolen as well- see picture from one of my neighbors. Would love a better solution here…add security cameras? Add an Amazon locker hub? The memo posted from the management team suggests that the only solution is for FCM residents to get PO Boxes (see picture).
