This Apartment Complex is the Absolute WORST when dealing with Maintenance ‼️ I basically didn't have Ac this summer for 3 months while being lied to about the time span !! Didn't get No Compensation for the Inconvenience, yet 1Portable AC unit for 1 room. Now the temperature is dropping the HEAT don't work my apartment was 56 degrees yesterday Morning. Received an email today talking about the process of when it's getting fixed "'Horrible" they don't know !! Thank God, it's not winter yet ‼️ Second year here can't wait to the lease is up ‼️

DON' T MOVE HERE!!! too much noise.. I'm super disappointed with this condo. I pay almost 2k a month and I listen to everything my upstairs neighbor does. the noise on the floor deafens, bothers and bothers a lot. I've complained several times to the office and made complaints by email but it doesn't help because they don't do anything, they just say they will solve it and they never solve it. Up until 5 days ago the upstairs apartment was empty and they were renovating it, so I once again sent them an email regarding the floor of the master bedroom of the apartment upstairs to fix it, and believe it or not, once again they did nothing....nothiiiinnning!
