I've been living here for 8 months now, I love my apartment, and good thing is the court I chose to live in is pretty calm, only a few kids out playing at times. Since new management has taken over, I have had NO issues with maintenance coming quickly to fix things, Good thing Monique is no longer working in the office, she's just messy! no issues with new Management, except one of the ladies who sit in that back office taking payments can use a class for better customer service! every time I come into the office I go straight to the first desk where the male sits, he's always professional! he speaks and seem to enjoy his job, he has made sure that maintenance took care of any issue I had in my apt asap :) The only thing I will like to happen is securing these building doors! and hiring security! management has said security is onsite after a certain time, I have never seen security on the property, only a unoccupied security car, having security be visual to tenants will be a good thing, I've read alot of tenants reviews and the complaints of people smoking weed, dippas and even crack inside of their building, being a security officer, I can say that it really does change things having security present, patrolling the property making sure no one is loitering, hanging on fronts/halls, doing drugs on the property etc. why not pay for the safety of your tenants instead of allowing these other folk to turn people away from moving here or end their lease.. overall, I have not had any bad experience
