Hi there! I just moved few days ago and I am so happy with this facility. This establishment is quiet and I feel safe. What I like the most is that the customer service is superb. Angela and Jaden have been so helpful with the entire process. They always had a quick answer to my questions and concerns. They are an outstanding team and have provided wonderful customer service. I believe the Milano Group has employed the right people for their business. I am extremely pleased and happy to be here! Congratulations!

Outstanding Service here at the Milano. "Tierra the assistant Manger helped me with Everything . She was highly patient and full of great spirits over the phone plus in person as well. I was asking alot of question about the complex once I got approved. She answered each and every question without frustration. But overall I moved in yesterday and satisfied to the T. It was soo lovely waking up to a peaceful neighborhood. Knowing there's great prople in the rental office is a plus. If it wasn't for tierra speaking great things about the complex I would've made a wrong decision and moved uptown. I'm glad she's there to help.

I just moved in about a week ago and moving itself can be pretty stressful, but Shy has been so helpful and pleasant , her customer service is unmatched! The apartment is so cozy, quiet and very very clean inside and out. I have had previous issues when renting of seeing trash around the complex and it literally was a deal breaker for me, but The Milano is so timely with trash, snow plowing, you name it! I am very optimistic that my future experiences will be just as pleasant. Thank you Shy!
