This was the second Bottle Drop I drove to. The first one was way overcrowded. This place was sooo much better!!! I went in with two carts of cans & there was no wait time which was Awesome. The staff were very friendly & stayed busy helping customers &cleaning while I was there.

Second time I got no money from a bag. Checked my labels to make sure they were attached to the bag before I put them through the gate and still got nothing. WTH!

They had an issue with their power awhile back and while some with large orders were turned away, they made sure those of us with mobility devices or a couple bags of cans got our cans counted anyway which was way out of their job description. They had every right to shut and lock the doors. I just happened to have a walker and for large trash bags of cans that had already spilled into a busy street at the crosswalk, pushing them home again and trying to catch the ones falling over on a double-sided very steep hill was very overwhelming and I wouldn't have attempted had I not needed the money. I so much appreciate them and I'm so grateful to have them in my community. Thanks Staff, you know who I'm talking about and the incident, thank you so, so much ! Give them a raise before somebody discovers how awesome they are and offers them better !

Here as I speak and the machines are down due to apparent electrical issues. I light of that and corporate not giving enough of a ___ to post the dilemma. The staff is amazing. Let's take it easy on them. To no fault of their own they can only take 75 cans. They have been awesome and enduring more stress than a human should have to in a shift for sure. And corporate help these guys out ! I would give the staff alone 10 stars if I could, hope everyone gets a raise out of this you certainly deserve one from what I've witnessed. People are so mean and I'm one of them 🙁 and I hope this fantastic review shows I really feel remorse for being a jerk ! On the plus side it smells so neutral !

Yes. Glass containers are accepted here. Provided they have a CRV
You bring your cans. Self count with machines. Receive money. You may also pre-purchase bags and drop them off, they count them for you and it deposits into an account you can withdrawal from.
Set up a bottle drop account, get the green bags they provide, then just drop em off whenever with zero wait.
I went the other day and didn't have to wait in the line of people to return cans. I just went to the counter.
If they are refundable in Oregon, the bottle drop will take them. The staff might have to hand count them for you, if the machines don't accept them.
If you have ever been in the store you would know that answering the phone is not a easy tasks. The customers have been there so in my opinion they should be taken care of first.

Depends on size of bottles and cans and bag
35.00 / day but there are 3 locations in Salem
At the customer service counter, had your account card or bag labels to the employee and they will scan it. It's 2$ for a roll of ten bags and the price comes off of your account.
