Super clean, very nice staff, but it is always so packed but nice thing is the line does go pretty fast, and I like the fact that u can cash in as many can and bottles as you want or have and then they also hand count at least 5$ worth if need be, machines are so nice and fast.... Bottle Drop is the best place to return your cans

I just went there because this google results said it was LESS busy than usual. The line was around the side of the building!!! Live time said it was not busy! Bad google!

Yes, I believe you can drop off until 10 pm.
Morning at 8:00 am You can arrive even earlier and place the cans and bottles just outside in the designated area of the building guaranteeing a spot in line.

I have turned in four or five bags at a time on multiple occasions and gotten credit for half of what I dropped off. If you call them the district manager will call you within a week and give you credit for what's missing after he verifies by watching the cameras how many you turned in. I'd like to think it's a mistake but this seems to be a common problem so it's kinda obvious what's actually going on.
