My family lived in these apartments for 3 years. I was highly disappointed in the facilities. They rented the larger 1100sqft space, it felt smaller than advertised, maintenance was slow and burnensom. The playground was old and in need of so much repair I would've preferred for my children's safety that they were to run and play in the woods outside of town. The pool was only maintained at the convenience of the staff and was non operational for most of my families stay. The managers seemed to only handle matters that benefited them or that would make them more comfortable to include enforcing rules they made up. This residence wasn't worth the rent paid. I will say that the Court House Gym right around the corner was convenient, though I would only recommend this place as a last resort.

Update...... it's been 11 months since I first posted about having issues with our parking spot ....Still having issues at least once a week if not more. several in fact right now I just got off a 15 hour shift to come home and find someone in my parking spot. they still have the handicapped parking spot on the ground however they have removed the sign but it still does not change the fact that people Park their thinking it's handicap parking. Old review However we have now had a issue that's involved the police . That's the reason for the 2 star rating. When moving in we were assigned one parking spot. However that spot was marked Handicap. We were told that it's ok to park there and that they would be changing the handicap parking, so there's no isuiss. Well now 7 months later we still have a handicap spot and have had to fight for parking in visiting parking or Park on the street and risk a ticket . Now not only do we look like horrible people for taking up a handicap spot even though we were told that it was our assigned spot. We have the cops knocking at the door with a $500.00 dollar ticket because a complaint was made . Please Know we would NEVER intentionally park in a handicap spot if it was not assigned to us by the management!!! I think it's very unfair to us as tenants and unfair to those who need a handicap parking spot!!! So as of this time we do not have a parking spot . Because the one assigned to us is still handicap and is currently being used by someone who needs it . I definitely do not blame the people using it as they should have the right to a handicap spot. However management has failed to take care of the issues . So I do hope it's resolved quickly because a $500.00 dollar fine for parking in our assigned spot assigned by manager is definitely not ok! I personally feel that apologies and a explanation needs to be gave to the individual who is currently using the handicap parking spot from management so they are aware that it was not done by us to be hateful or rude . As I enjoy living here and do not want issues with our fellow tenants!! The only other isuiss I have had was the children kicking the ball at the side of the building , so hard it's caused stuff on the shefs next to wall to fall off the shelf and brake. I have spoken with the kiddos and kindy asked them to not kick it so hard as I know they are in need of an place to safely play! It can get a bit loud depending on the location of your place. However over all I would recommend this place. If your given a proper parking spot. The maintenance has always been great!!
