We have a form available on our website https://salemhousingor.com to check the status of your application. We recently closed the Parkway waiting lists due to estimated wait times exceeding 18 months. Real wait times depend on several factors including unit vacancies.

There is a wait list for this property and all of our properties at this time. The most up to date information is on our website www.salemhousingor.com. Parkway East and Parkway West have no age restriction or preferance.

Does this place allow pets? Do they have in-unit washer/dryer? Do they have 2-3 bedroom?

They do allow pets with a pet deposit. It actually may be attached to monthly rent. They do have in unit washer and dryer. And they have 2 and 3 bedroom units.
