I have been calling and all I get is a voicemail with all these websites that are so confusing. I’m considering filing a state hearing just to get answers to my questions. I just moved to the area from a small town that had a better set up than this.

i called for 3.5 hours straight forev i got an answer
I have no earthly idea, Adams county jfs answers right away, maybe because they have bigger population to serve in clermont. Every time I call its at least an hour n a half guaranteed on hold :/
If you want to use the number try calling the minute it opens. Its either 8am or 9am and just stay on hold they will get to you. If you wait like a half hour or hour after they open you will wait longer. Honestly though, just go up to the job and family services building. I always just drive up there it tends to be faster and easier that way. If you cant make it there just try calling the minute they open.
of course you can.
This is the same problem I’m having. They make it so hard to get help thru them 😤🤬
The insurance provider you choose for Medicaid (i.e. CareSource, Molina, etc.) provides the transportation. Look on the back of your card for the number.
Yes
Call and report it
I think they reload the cards in three times a month based off of alphabetic order. 1st group of so many in the beginning of the alphabet in the beginning, next group middle, last group towards the end of the month. Now it may have changed, but that is how it was done years ago. Life has found me needing the help again. Mine are loaded on the 18th of each month like clockwork. In your DJFS paperwork it should list your case worker and phone # ... I would call and ask. That will honestly be your best way to find out.
The mother would need to file for custody in juvenile court. To get full custody, mother would have to show the current guardian is unable to care for the child. Or the current guardian could sign custody back over to her.
Yes you can file for food stamps at this place but I don't think you can do it over the phone best is to just go there and they will help you through it best of luck to you
When I applied it specifically asked if I have any trusts in my name, so I'd assume they already know your client has the trust, but I'm not a lawyer.
Hopefully for July and August we will get some kinda of help from snap benefits
Depends. My son has caresource They should mail you a card. Or might pick an insurance for you if you dont like you can change. I have Molina he has caresource. But the family Medicard card not sure.
If I were you I would contact the county you were born in and figure out where u need to go to get the documents you need like social security card and birth certificate and a personal I.d. would help you too. This will help you get medical insurance. Honestly I think youd benefit from talking to a case worker in your county. If you're in clermont go to job and family services and talk to them theyll probably have u fill out paperwork and maybe get u to talk to a case worker. Also theres a place in amelia called greater cincinnati behavioural or used to be called life point. They have case workers there too who can help u figure out a game plan to help you out now and for your future. Best of luck to you. Clemont county is really good with helping people and the people at job and family services have always been nice and helpful to me the past 6 years or so I been going there.
Yes, tell them next time you get a review. My card was in my child's name and no one would let me use it. She needed an ID at age 8 in order for me to use it!
Unfortunately they can take up to 30 days to process anything. Hopefully they won't, but if it's a matter of life or death I would call them and see if they can expedite the process or see if they have any other suggestions. Good luck! I hope everything works out for you!
Honestly not sure any clermont county public library should fax anything there for you for free
I thought they always called you not you call them. They will give you a time frame of when they will call. At least they should.
You can pick up an application at their office or apply online
You can apply for a QMB card ( qualified Medicare Beneficiary) This pays the part Medicare does not.
Yes i did and got it, thanks
Ive tried emailing them a few times in the past and never received a reply back. I would call them instead.
You can fight, but don't get your hopes up. It's an at will state and we have the highest denial rate it the country.
Lol no
I think they have one on the outside of their building next to the door.
No it's Ohio Medicaid. Which means it's good for anywhere in Ohio and some Kentucky areas. You can just call and have them update your address over the phone.
