Voted early on November 1st and it was absolutely ridiculous. Stood outside in the freezing, windy evening for 5 hours in order to vote. Clermont County Board of Elections seems very poorly run and had a very poor system in place for early voting.

Voted there yesterday. I arrived at 7:30 AM and there was a line already forming. There were people social distanced in the line and it stretched across the front of the building. I was in line from the last red mark on the side walk. It took 30 min from that point to complete the process. Some workers did bring a few chairs out for people who might need them in the long wait.

I moved to Vermont county in August of 2016. A few days later I went to the Batavia bmv to get a different drivers license and to switch my voting information. I given a form to fill out and they told me it would be about 2 weeks. I called 3 weeks later and was told by the board of elections the received no such paper work. I went to the public library in Loveland, filled out another form and was told they weren't sure how it worked, really?, But they would send it in. After 2 weeks i called the board of elections and discovered my husbands registration had gone through from the bmv BUT the person he dealt with put in the street name. By this time I was very frustrated. I told the two very sweet ladies i spoken to off and on our correct address and all was solved for my husband. I to the point I may as well not vote in this election. After many tries at different locations just to vote I received a phone call from the b.o. e. It was to tell me they got my information and I was registered. These ladies, I wish I remembered their names, were very patient and understood my frustration. I applaud all the helped I received and the shock of a personal phone call from them that I was registered. They didn't have to call me but went out of there way to do so. Hamilton county b.o.e. was never this friendly or helpful over the years to help me with questions and were always nasty. I am proud to be living in clermont county and have such fine people to help me when I am in need.
