Discovered water on top of meter lid in front yard. Contacted Clermont County Water Department. Yes, there was a ten minute wait until I reached a human, but that is to be expected these days. Department rep. was helpful and scheduled a technician to come to house. Tech came two days later and fixed the problem - a broken gasket. Very pleased with his consideration in digging up and replacing sod. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Brown water from cold taps. It isn’t the first time in our less than 1 year old home. Good luck getting an answer. That 2 minute wait time never happens. Called 7 times today. Longest wait was 40 minutes before I hung up. Last year I sprinkled my new sod and got a bill using 66,000 gallons. I guess I’ll email them about this disgusting water unless I die of water poisoning first.
