Can we have the tanf funds direct deposited to our bank account and not put on the epic card? So we have access to all our funds and not have to pay for every transaction

Yes, tell them next time you get a review. My card was in my child's name and no one would let me use it. She needed an ID at age 8 in order for me to use it!
