You don't have to sort it out but you will help yourself if you do. When you go there, they will point out where everything goes. It will be up to you to put the plastic where it goes, the cardboard where it goes, etc. If you have it sorted out and organized, they will be more inclined to help you dispose of everything. If it's not sorted out, you can take it but it will be up to you to sort it all out when you get there.
