Ordered one of their swords through a third party. The sword was assembled wrongly at the manufacturer and instead of owning up to the mistakes of their own business and helping in righting this wrong, they instead sought to place the blame on the third party. They have proven to me that they do not want to take responsibility for their actions and that they do not stand behind their product.

I ordered and paid for a cane from them more than a year ago . I called them 6 moths or so into waiting. Apparently they sold me a product they don't have . I'm still waiting it's been a year maybe two by now. I haven't received anything , not a letter , not a phone call , nothing . Don't do business with people like this . I'm sure there is better companies out there .

Scam who charged me twice than denied doing it even tho I could show bank statements that they did. Never go to this place. Rude customer service. Horrible experience. Update- I still don’t have my money back and they are still being thief’s with my money. Denying they have it when my bank and bank account says they do. AVOID!!! Scam artist and crooks
