Great dealership! Razi and Tim made my deal happen with ease. Definitely coming back for future purchases!

The place is awful. Bad communication and they treat customers poorly especially after the transaction. My salesperson ignored my calls even though my car wasn't functioning properly. II took it back to them for repair and it sat there for 4 days before anyone did anything. Don't believe anything they say.

Our team at DBM purchased a commercial transit van from Evolution Cars. Praise was our salesperson & he did a terrific job. There was a “to do” list to be done which the Evolution team completed quickly. I highly recommend Evolution Cars.

Very poor, unprofessional service. I live an hour away from this dealership but decided to make the trip after seeing a suitable truck online. I called ahead to make a test drive appointment for 3:30pm and asked about their used car warranty. The lady told me that if the car had a serious issue within a few weeks of purchase, they would be happy to fix it or take it back free of charge. I ended up arriving late around 4:20, but thank goodness I did. We waited another 30 min until 4:50pm before the truck was finally ready to test drive. While waiting, we were given different excuses by the people working. One person told us the truck was blocked by other cars (we later found out this was the manager?) so it was taking longer to get it while another person told us that it was being detailed and they were trying to finish up as soon as they could. I do not understand why the truck I made an appointment for 3:30pm was still being detailed at 4:30pm. It also seems that the workers lie to cover their mistakes. No COVID-19 procedures happening in 2020. Finally at 4:50pm, the truck was brought over. Our salesman informed us that the car had been in the middle of detailing so the driver's seat was wet. He told us everything mechanical had already been looked over though. This was fine, but it shouldn't have been in the middle of detailing in the first place. We test-drove the car and noticed it had the tire light on (low-air). We were interested in purchasing and sat down to discuss. Their awful service began to show here. Throughout, our salesman was stand-offish/inattentive. We would ask him questions and he would barely acknowledge us. It didn't seem like he wanted to sell the truck. The online price of the truck was approx 17.5k. The OTD price they gave us was 21k due to taxes and dealership fees. Everything was reasonable until my mom and I asked about what their warranty looked like. At first, our salesman just kept telling us about a care service that they offer even though we were asking about warranties. After that, he got a "warranty person" over to help us. This person didn't know anything about warranties. I brought up how the lady on the phone told us there was a 30 day guarantee. He told me they do not have any kind of used car guarantee (so they lied). I asked, if the truck broke down in a few weeks after purchase, what would they do? He said nothing. It is "buy-as-is." Furthermore, he said he could not discuss any kind of warranty/cost until we had settled on a price for the truck. He could not even give us an estimate? The warranty cost was a determining factor in how much we wanted to pay for the truck itself. How come even their "warranty man" does not know anything about warranties? At this point, we wanted the price lower to accommodate the warranty cost (which they couldn't tell us apparently). We were disputing the dealership fees because they had an $800 used car fix-up fee included in it. Our salesman promised us that this fee was necessary because it included the used car service that covered all mechanical parts of the car and made sure everything was in tip top shape. This was the detailing that they had been doing. Why does this cost $800 and yet they can not even guarantee that this car won't have any major problems within 30 days of sale. Most dealerships offer 60 days complementary! Further, they had done the "full mechanical check" but missed the part where you add air to the tires? That is a very basic thing. This dealership seems like they are waiting to dump an unsound car onto foolish people and then not take any responsibility for it. Stay away and save your time. Wasted 4 hours including driving on this place.
