Medium and smaller boxes fit in and crush easily. Big ones, like refrigerator boxes can clog up the crusher if not broken down and folded to fit in.
Some people working there have told me yes, others said not necessary. It's much quicker if you flatten them! And they'll be busy now.

I think they have a crusher unit but it help if it is broken down some to fit in the hole to put in the unit.
