All the terrible comments are true. Avoid 11800 as the structural design of the facility is awful (water falling on the balcony from the above floor, dryer releases dust onto the balcony). Oh and then there is a mad women living there that yells at everyone and swears all the time. Complained to the office numerous times, but I am not sure they know what to do either. Sounds like a dream come true.

If you like being woken up at 2am to the whole buildings fire alarm going off, live here. If you like to have fire alarm going off for hours during the day when you are wfh home, live here. God forbid a real fire happens here, nobody will leave and it will be a disaster. Update 5/17. Management responded rapidly to fire alarm issue. Have had no issues since. Management and maintenance have been responsive to issues. Def have enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful place to call home! Karen the manager is fast to respond and very friendly and understanding. Lots of space inside these bedrooms!!

We moved to San Diego from out of state. We leased a townhome after reviewing pictures and floor plans. Upon arrival, the complex and the townhome exceeded our expectations. Becca and Karen are amazing to work with. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. They make you feel like an honored guest at all times. Big thanks to Becca and Karen for all their hard work to help us relocate successfully to San Diego.
