I would put a zero if I could. This company does not help at all. My husband has tried to pay our bill in full to avoid having to wait on the phone for hours due to their online billing system not working properly. We paid in full but now we received a letter in the mail saying it would be sent to collections if we didn’t pay. I just tried to call to pay it and our account doesn’t exist. Doesn’t make sense at all.

Don't bother working there. This is one of the worst jobs I've ever worked at. One of the most dysfunctional and disorganized warehouses. So many safety violations. I guarantee you if you can think of a warehouse problem they probably have it. No consideration for their employees. everybody's expendable.

I have been pretty much satisfied with this company until I get a wrong product which has happened a few times. I call the # given to me to call if I have a problem. Yesterday I called & held the line 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer - finally hung up. What am I suppose to do with supplies that I don't or can't use. Medicare is in enough debt without being billed for incorrect supplies that can't be returned. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention with this problem.

I have recieved the wrong supplies. I have spoken to two representatives and both promised my new supplies...must be 8 weeks since I've been waiting.....what myst u do to get results and my new and correct supplies. Credit card paid already.
