I am a Baycare girl for life! Bardmoor ER and Morton Plant are the BEST teams in the healthcare industy hands down. I had no idea what was wrong with me, but went into Bardmoor and they ran all of the necessary tests and I was discharged with medication to get me on my way to recovery. Dr Charity, who wasn't even my attending physician took amazing follow up care for me. He is one of the best doctors I have come across and will never go anywhere else. Thank you again Baycare team!

My neighbor took me to the ER.3/31/22 I thought I may have been having a stroke or heart attack coming on. I had several symptoms. I was monitored for a few hours and given several tests. Dr Charity was very thorough and caring.. according to the exam and test results , No indication of a heart problem. He told me to monitor my BP and follow up with my reg doctor, dr Garg. I did see him last Friday. He diagnosed that my symptoms were a result of high anxiety. An antidepressant was prescribed. The whole ER experience was was very calming to me ( as I was very scared )and the staff was excellent. In their attitude. I would like to thank these people who helped me.: dr Charity. And the nurses jeanne Santiago, Jody, Kristen,Jake. They all did a great job!

I had a neck fusion surgery last week and today I fell very hard! I have pain in my arm, back of my neck and am nauseous. I went in at 11:30 am and was the only person in the waiting room. I can't sit up for a very long time. Shortly after, people started pouring in...then next thing I know they are taking people back for x-rays and giving them beds. I waited for over an hour and asked Amanda why I wasn't being taken back for imaging. Her reply was "did the triage nurse say you were getting an x-ray?" Like what!? Yeah, I would imagine that's a good place to start. Did she go and find out what was taking so long, no. She just sat at the desk talking to the security guard, completely cold and didn't give a care. I only went in because my neurosurgeon told me too. Well, apparently sprained wrists are more important than a possible cervical spine fracture! Don't recommend going there if you are a person of color because they will ignore you! They don't care about your humanity! Find another hospital!!

Hussle Grind

Bad commercial , no care Emergency hospital which cares only to make money. We went with terrible eye problem. Before we registered , we asked for an opthalmologist. But, no one answer. When the nurse came to check the blood pressue and temp, we said no as there is no fever or no blood pressure needs to be taken. But, she said its their protocol and took it anyway. We asked for an Othalmologist and she sent a DO who did not even look in the eye. He listened to our problem went out came back gave a Opthalmologist's number to call the next day and charged full emergency visit $1000 for NO service. This is rubbish. Later on their office sent horrible letters till we paid it in full. This is a hospital for NO service. Unethical, unprofessional. They have no right to brag, " Community oriented, service oriented, we care' all false claims. I wish they had either a front desk clerk or the nurse or the doc who came explained the process, the cost, and why they are charging , how much, weather a specialist is available so that the patient will make informed decision to continue to take the service or go to another place. But, Bardmore Emergency looks at patients as milking cows and ripped us off. Totally unfair. Community service is a hog wash.
