My older generation iphone was smashed front and back and possibly having hardware issues as well. Other repair shops were quoting me no less than $200 with one as high as $350 to repair. I was on the fence weather to just get a new phone, but decided to take it to iChihuahua based off the reviews. WOW, they immediately put me at ease with their relaxed attitudes, level of care, and easing my fears of being on the hook for a huge service bill if my phone had a new screen, but still didn't function. 1 hour and $90 later I had a fully functioning phone. Can't say enough good things about iChihuahua!! p.s. The shop is located in a great spot on SE Hawthorne to go for a walk, grab a bite, or get a haircut while your device is getting fixed.

My older model iphone was having a hard time holding charge, so I decided to pop in and see if they could do a battery replacement. I was met with super friendly service, and it was done in under 30 minutes! Very happy with my experience.

Honest and effective. Took in my iPhone because it was difficult to get a charger to work. Asked them to replace the charging port. Their quote for that ($60) was $20 less than the lowest one I had received (I called 3 other places). When I took it in they cleaned it first. That was the fix. They then refused any payment. They easily could have charged me for replacing the port and didn’t. Amazing.

I had a great experience getting my iPhone XS screen replaced here. Workers were friendly and helpful, and pricing was very reasonable. As a novelist who researched the process ahead of time, they were receptive and respectful when asking questions and getting down to the details. A desire for quality was palpable, and I think the biggest concern for these types of places is trusting you won’t get ripped off and the repair is genuine. Plus there are pubs across the street to spend time during the repair, what more could you ask for. Definitely would recommend.

I know that in the past I have heard of iChihuahua offering iPod upgrades like expanded batteries and flash storage upgrades to replace the mechanical drives that come installed from the factory and inevitably fail overtime. Always best to reach out via phone to get an answer though!
No I don't, however he does work on them as well. I still have no complaints after this much time of fixing my phone.
