I wanted a car (reserved) and they got me an suv instead. I had to go to 4 different enterprise but they all said they had a car for me but the time I got there, they didn’t have it.

Called to confirm my appointment, and they put me on hold. after 25 mins. she answered me like a new phone and hang up. called again, waited 10 mins, and a man answered the phone and confirmed my reservation. That all happened yesterday. I went this morning at 8 Am. the front desk lady informed me I don't have a reservation, and she was rude. I took my ID and I left.

Yes, Enterprise offers many vehicles in different classes for great prices. Reservation is necessary.

Some Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations may accept debit cards, prepaid cards, or other forms of payment to secure a rental transaction. To reserve a vehicle without a major credit card, contact the local office directly. ... In addition to the anticipated cost of the rental, an additional security deposit may be required. ^^ that's the answer that I got when I asked Google.
