Called Eric Smith in service for an oil change on my IS350. Scheduled me for the next day at 7am. Showed up, got checked in and relaxed in their lounge. Sparked up a conversation with David Osuna (Service Director) about the world we're living in today (real indepth stuff). Cars done, I'm checked out and on my way. It's a little after 8! 5 STARS!
