Positive: Very clean. Room was very nice. Close to everything downtown. Nice river view. Very quiet. Negative: Wasn¿t aware that breakfast wasn¿t included. The receptionist gave us vouchers though when I asked about it so all turned out well. They need to include breakfast for their guests or make them more aware of how they do things at the time reservation

Fast drive with shuttle service from the airport (10-15min). The staff was always amazing and fun. We were there for MisCon 2022 and I just love this hotel (not my first time) and can't say enough good things. They gave us adjoining rooms which were BEYOND helpful for us in doing the work we were there to do, it really facilitated us being able to coordinate so much easier. Again, ty so much Missoula. 💓

If your looking for a place to get some rest go somewhere else please. The front desk people were nice. The parking lot is nice. The location is nice. The rooms are so so so stuffy and hot. The hallways are stuffy and hot. The ac took 2 hours to bring the Temps low enough to sleep. Not to mention it's loud and the fire alarms are bright! They have itchy down comforters... and sheets that are so starchy they dry your skin. No outlets close to bed. No refrigerator. No water pressure. No sound deadening.

Room was quite, which was a plus. No free breakfast and the beds are not very comfortable. Room was clean and the staff was very nice. I had to call the front desk due to no hot water in my room, they were very apologetic and got someone to fix it right away. I had hot water by morning to shower.
