Pros: Rooms were clean, nice, AC worked great. Cons: Cost. Breakfast. For our almost $300 one night stay, breakfast is not included. For almost $10 you can have continental breakfast (corn flakes and stale toast) or you can pay $15 for one small plate of hot breakfast. My son tried that and got one small pancake and one sausage. Rediculously expensive breakfast. Many people staying there were shocked at the price and how little food you were given. Pool room was about 120 degrees. My kids love swimming but felt like passing out after a half hour in there. We liked the location, the room was clean, and everything worked great, but the cost of the room was high and until the breakfast situation changes we won’t be returning.

We had a confirmation in hand and charges have been made against our credit card. Imagine our surprise when we walked in at 1 AM and were told they had given our room to someone else. I can’t imagine how this is OK but Hilton seems to think it is. They were very nice about sending us down the road to try to find another room. Oh, we are Hilton honors members. What an honor it is

This staff just made me want to stay a Hilton member for life. From check in, to leaving, it was just easy and friendly. Us California folks were thrilled with everything and rooms were up to standard. Only complaint is you can only win $800 next door on the slots. 10/10 we will be back! Hats off to the everyone there. Conference staff was exceptional too. The gentleman running the show can come work for us anytime. What a great team all around 👏 🙌

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. They serve hot breakfast to order, $13, including juice and coffee. The servers were so kind, and gave me ideas about things to do in the area. I have traveled a lot recently and realize there are staff and supply chain shortages. This property is one of the best at dealing with such issues.

Pjack 32, Thank you for your question. We do have laundry facilities available to our guests! We have two washers and two dryers located on the first floor. They are coin operated and cost only $3.00 to both wash and dry. Detergent is available at the front desk! We also work with Missoula Textile to provide same-day dry cleaning service. Just drop off your items at the front desk around 9 AM and they will be returned by about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. We can simply post the dry cleaning charge to your room!
