Positive: Large suite room Negative: Beds were super springy, easily feel partner moving during the night. Lots of road noise. Toddlers running around above our room at 4:30 am

Very comfortable, safe, friendly hotel. The front desk young man, Ian, possibly was his name suggested a great restaurant. He is friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were very quick to replenish food and hard workers. Very good experience.

Katie and David were very helpful and kind. Definitely deserve a raise! We had a beautiful view! Are room was very clean and had plenty of towels. The breakfast was really good and had something new everyday!

When we checked in the room was not cleaned at all. The desks had smudges still on it, crumbs on the floor randomly from past guests because it wasnt vacuumed, we found bugs inside of the beds and there was still food left over from the previous guests. When they moved us to a "clean room" it wasnt much better. Still had bugs in the bed and no vacuuming. Talked to the hotel again in the lobby and they said they would handle it. Not the case...... they had lied and denied my refund. Will not be staying at Holidays any longer, this is the second time Ive been burned by them. Will not be a third.
