Cool concept, beds are comfy, not fully 5 stars cause the walls are pretty thin, can hear pretty much everything in the neighborhood rooms. Heard full conversations and I’m sure they heard my kids crying half the night. Other than that, good place to stay

What a concept. Surround a bunch of hot tubs with rooms and balconies. My kid thought this was the greatest thing of all time. Had a great time. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was one of the best on the road trip. I will come here again next time we are rolling through Missoula.

LOVE IT! BOOK IT NOW!! Don't hesitate on this - the prices are higher, but it's SO worth it! It has such a homey- pleasant feeling, the pool is fun, guests are fun, staff is So nice, fun little game room, hot tubs galore! Breakfast has sausages and eggs, and more - it's yummy and relaxing - book in advance because they seem to book up quickly! We love it and it's our go-to- stop when we make our way into Montana! We just love it here!

Met at the front desk with poor costumer service and attitude. My friends and I made a 3 hour drive to stay here and was given no notice that my reservation was canceled. I even called earlier in the day and was told NOTHING about my reservation being declined even after I was sent a confirmation. No calls to inform me. No emails. Nothing telling me that my friends and I would have nowhere to stay. Thank god for the best western across the street 👏🏽👏🏽
