Pet hair in our room had a small smell of pets. Walls are paper thin. People next door throwing a party until 3 am next door kept my family up all night. Front office didn't care to do anything about it either after we requested that they step in and quiet them down. Never stay here if comfort is a priority to you. NO sleep really disappointed that the front desk would not do more than they did. I think that they were afraid of confrontation.

This was an emergency stay as my flight out of Helena had problems. The staff were very friendly and helped me get a room sorted over the phone. The hotel itself is very clean. The room I stayed in was quite large, I think it would be nice to stay there longer than a single night. There was plenty of hot water. The bed was warm and comfortable and the morning coffee was pretty good. The airport shuttle worked out perfectly.

This is a bare basic lodge - while the airport shuttle is great, it the only thing good about this property. The HVAC is old and noisy, there is no food other than coffee and packaged snacks available and nothing within walking distance. When asked if the shuttle could take us a few miles to get breakfast while we waited for our pick they said no the insurance did not allow for it. While the report free WI-FI I was never able to get it connected . Do yourself a favor and go a few miles into downtown Missoula.

Positive: Large room with seating and work areas, comfortable bed and the correct size TV for the space. The lobby was also nice. Negative: Although the room had a kitchen area there was NO furnishings - plates, silverware, paper towels. Since the hotel is currently not performing daily cleanings they should at least stock the room with enough coffee, and toiletries to last the stay.
