Great little RV park and Tyrone is a very respectful and gracious host. Professionally run and very clean and neat. There is only one shower bathroom and one paid washer dryer, but most folks probably use their own so I didn’t have a problem getting a quick shower both times I’ve stopped in. The traffic noise is a little annoying but nothing a little sound machine or fan won’t drown out. Close to Missoula and plenty of amenities. Good deal and highly recommend!

Information from my 9-year-old: positives - we were looking for full hookups at the last minute and got them, nice bathroom with a shower (super clean); negatives - little space between campsites, next to the highway, dust blows everywhere with little wind, no space for playing or sitting outside, not in nature, only one restroom for so many campers. I would add that the laundry room is nice too but that it's not sufficient for the number of campers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

More than adequate for an overnight stay. Good water pressure, no issues with the electric, only downside was that that it is under renovations and the sewer receptacle was significantly raised compared to the parking pad and the “gulley” between held all the liquid in the hose. Not something that would make us stay away if in Missoula again. Host was extremely nice and laidback. Gravel pads were nicely maintained and there are newer trees planted that will assist with lessening the traffic noise significantly in future years. Our A/C was on all night so the traffic noise really didn’t bother us. Lots of full-term residents in this park and vehicles and trailers in varying display of tidiness. Spoke with a couple long term guests who were very nice. Landscaping is part of the renovations and again can see this being a beautiful RV Park in future years.

Stayed almost 2 weeks they are in the middle of renovations staff is friendly and professional you get highway noise no laundry shower facilities as of yet. You get full hookups electric has 20 amp 30 amp and 50 amp and wireless internet is marginal

Due to my understanding winter months rates are $500 a month and then summer rates are $700 I believe. And it is approximately 9 miles to Missoula
Yes, we currently have winter monthly rates. October - April ($500). Summer rates are yet to be determined due to renovations still ongoing. Comes with full hookups: water, electric30/50 amp, sewer, garbage and wifi. All rates are subject to change.
No tent camping.
