We will never stay here again. Our first clue should’ve been at check in when the clerk read our responsibility for damages. The bathroom door did not have screws in it, one light was falling out of the bathroom ceiling while other light bulbs were missing in fixtures. There were holes in the ceiling, there was a see through extra thin sheet covering the mattress and nothing else, the dead bolt was broken. We were afraid for our safety.

The name, Red Lion, use to mean luxury and expensive. Now it's just expensive. Room had AC set to 60 degrees and was freezing. No bath mat nor rubber mat and the shower floor was slick. No bathroom fan so faint signs of mold are beginning to show. Rooms are outdated. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived late and front staff seemed put out that they had to help a customer. One asked the other where they put as and she pointed at the computer and he just kind of went "Huh." Well, at least no bugs or ghosts so not sure what his attitudal "huh" was. Toilet ran all night. Locks on doors work. Other customers were quiet. Only one tiny garbage can in the room in a corner that took us a bit to find. Not worth the cost we paid honestly. I need to invest in a good cot and a tent. Thank you, Red Lion, for confirming that decision for me.

I really appreciated the staff they were super great! The rooms definitely could use some updating, my floors had quite a few stains but it’s not like they were gross smelling/sticky just there, it’s carpet so it’s not like you can be that mad. The location is super awesome and I had plenty of clean towels - I got in at like 1:30 am and there was someone there to help me get checked in. I was in town for work and this was really close to where I needed to be and the WiFi was surprisingly awesome

The room and facility are excellent. The 5 stars are for the front desk employee (Susan)! She was very nice, very polite and accommodating for our reservation of 5 rooms. Amongst the chaos of all the check ins, she smiled and helped us more than she needed to. After a 13 hour bus ride, it was a welcoming gift.

Just so you know, the questions on this service often do not get sent to any company representatives. I would suggest calling the front desk or corporate line next time.
We did not have any bed bugs that we know of. We checked under the mattresses and around all the furniture. Did not find any signs of bed bugs
No, we paid $206, it was not worth 75. It is run down, the tv had the worst picture i have ever seen. NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM A RED LION
