why do they use this nice motel like an apartment building. We paid 150.00 dollar to be place by a barking dog most of the night. That a lot of money. for WHAT

Just so you know, the questions on this service often do not get sent to any company representatives. I would suggest calling the front desk or corporate line next time.

The dog side is actuslly nicer and more quiet than the check In side. You pay extra for dogs too. You could ask to move if you don't like the room your in.
