Rooms were very nice and clean, and the appliance were in good shape. The breakfast was decent but could definitely use some other options. Staff seemed a little distant.

Would of gladly given this place 5 stars. The place was clean and friendly staff but don't plan on sleeping. Sounds like house keeping is remodeling the room next door, SUPER EARLY. Just waiting for them to come through the damn wall now. Geez

Positive: The pillows were soft Negative: We didn¿t get the room that we had booked, the staff would not switch the room or accommodate us whatsoever. There was no coffee in the room for breakfast. Overall the experience was awful and we will never stay there or at a quality inn again.

Service is top notch. Most AmericInn's are close to a Ramada. This one is owned by the people who own the Courtyard next door. Ultra-comfortable beds, powerful hot tub, will re-open breakfast for you at 0930, and the staff is to die for! Shuttle service available and the Montana club next door has got great food.
