Ordered some perfume and lotion on line it was shipped with a broken top on both items so I had to go to the store to exchange it. The store was fine cashier was courteous & nice.

Costumer service was great girls where great made me feal welcome got the all information on a sale that was going on buy 2 and get one free on semi annual sale i did not felt as excluded as in Aventura store with less staff i felt more wiercone at that store and went we with more staff that i was planning When in Aventura day before i left with nothing .

The store is beautiful. There was a guy in the store manhandling all the panties in a display up front--very off-putting for those of us entering the store as he took claim over the display. He should have had a VS associate helping him so he did not touch every panty in every size. He bought 1 pair! The check out at this store always seems to take longer than it should. Much confusion at the registers, 2 or more associates needed to help 1 customer after starting with their own customer. Lots of ringing and re-ringing of items--just not up to par. The VS floor consultants are typically helpful. But overall they need to step up their game in the checkout area.

Great place for woman's undergarments. From sexy to comfortable cotton underwear they have it. Including bras, workout clothes, pajamas and other items. Not to mention the perfumes, body lotions, creams, glitter mist spray and many others item like wallets, masks, lingerie, slippers and comfortable robes. I order online very often and they always deliver on time if not earlier than expected.
