Horrible experience I grew up going there never had a bad experience yesterday went there felt rushed uncomfortable nobody helped he just followed me and rush me out felt he was annoyed I don’t think it’s everybody but the young man yesterday made me feel uncomfortable like I was rushed and followed. If you are African American I wouldn’t suggest. MAYBE wasn’t purposely done but felt that way. Will not be going there again came to spend 300 spent only 35 due to the employee.

One of the best bait & tackle shops we have been to. We are from out of town and we had a really good experience with the guys there. The customer service is outstanding. We had 20 questions and they answered all of them. They are very knowledgeable and really willing to help you have everything you need for a great time fishing. Highly recommend. Horrible horrible horrible. Booked a charter with Jordan for him to come be a first mate on our boat this morning at 8am. Never showed up, never answered our phone calls or texts. Stood us up after we spent the morning getting ready to go out and did not even have the decency to contact us. Unprofessional do not use them. Can’t believe this is even a real company. What a joke.
