i used to come here as a kid and loved but now that i am an adult i hate it, they want you to have patience with them but as a customer they dont even have patience with you. the manager was rude as hell to me a couple wks ago, not to mention short staffed like super badly, everybody has an attitude, its just different now

Poor customer service with the cooks.....I ordered my food and when it was done the new cook (older female) sat it on the counter with BBQ sauce all over the container my sandwich was in then she refused to give me a bag when I asked for it. I proceeded to the cashier who had to leave the register and go behind the counter to get it then when I brought it to her attention that they did have bags just in case she was unaware she shushed me off with an attitude. Sick of dealing with people like this when you come out shopping. If you dont want to work please stay home and stop decaying the quality of customer service

I would never go to this wawa if it wasn't for the convenience of the location. They get my beverage wrong every time... even though the exact directions are posted on the screen. The one positive thing is the employees are kind and never give me a problem when I ask them to remake it.

I heard talk about Wawa and their sandwiches. It was a short walking distance from my hotel and also had some goods there to get ready for the marathon. What I heard was great are their sandwiches. When I got there I saw something about the Turkey Gobbler sub, I had to try it. Ordering was easy, via touch screen display. It took a short moment of a wait for it to get made. Service was very good and friendly. By the time I got back to the hotel the sub got a tad soggy, but it was an amazingly awesome crafted beast of a sub. Sure, it was a little messy, but that just made things more amazingly awesome. For the cost it was a true winner. I also tried their pre made chicken chipotle wrap... pretty good.
