Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor with Stoneback Appliance. I called for a tech to come out and service our appliance, he came and checked it and never called back. After a week I called the store to see what was going on and they apologized and said the tech must have forgot because he was busy. Then they told me they couldn't get the part in for a couple months because it was on back order. I did a quick google search for the part and I could get it within a couple days. So that's what I did. Nine months later I got a bill from Stoneback for their so called 'service'. When I called to discuss the bill the manager at the store told me to never call them again and hung up on me. Great business! Highly recommend if you want terrible service, poor treatment and a bill.

We had a really positive experience with Stoneback employees today! We were looking for a place to donate a broken washer for repair or get it recycled and they were beyond helpful, taking care of everything once we brought the washer in. They also shared some boxes with us for our gardens! Truly grateful for their kindness and help!

I’ve been to Stoneback a number of times over the ten years I’ve lived in Lawrence, and their customer service and quality work have always been outstanding! Today, they gave me a spring for my washer at no charge. I truly appreciate it!
