My husband and I ordered pizza tonight and we never received the order although our money was taken and our order was placed. According to the tracker the pizza was quality checked and after 45 minutes of waiting outside in the dark with the mosquitoes we decided to go to sleep but we were very hungry.

Second time ordering from here and both time the pizza sucked was dry and cold like it's been sitting for hours in the box and wings were under cooked had to throw them in the air-fryer, ordered coca cola and the send cherry coke. $45 wasted. Never again will I order from here

My order wasn’t correct, they added extra cheese without being asked too and wouldn’t deliver the correct thing.

Ordered carbonara with bacon and Mushroom. No bacon and no mushroom with 3 PCs chicken and no sauce. Austin, who said he is the general manager, picked up the phone when I called store. He is very arrogant. He told me that I was wrong as he made the order and he put the bacon and mushroom. I kept telling him that the one i received has nothing. He said he is the GM and he never wrong. He told me so many times that he did the order and never wrong. I offered him that I will bring the box and food so he could see. He stated he didn’t understand my talking. Franchise owner should fire him. This is not the 1st one. Last time, my order never showed up for more than 2 hrs. When I finally came to store, he claimed the store didn’t have the person name as stated in the order tracker. Then he claimed I went to wrong store. When I showed my order, he finally stated found my order and he said the order hadn’t even been made. He never apologized for being arrogant and accusing me for coming to wrong store and stated no Person name as order tracker. You need to hire someone who take accountability as GM.
