My wife had been coming here since she was a little girl so we've continued the tradition with our children and can honestly say we are never disappointed! We've been especially blown away with the upgrade 14C has undergone in the last year, beautiful floors and bathrooms. The owner of this unit has really gone all out to make our stay exceptional. We were a little concerned about COVID-19 and what precautions were being taken but were very relieved at the extra cleaning that is happening in the units between visits. This place simply has it all, gorgeous ocean view, great pool, very quiet, amazing landscaping and tacos/ice cream right across the street, we really don't feel like anything else in NSB comes close to this special little place!

Not family friendly, and a very unusual set of rules for a condominium... 1) No golf carts allowed, even if the parking lot is only 20% full. Staff told us they called to have it towed, and never brought it to our attention (while there were 35 open spaces) 2) Staff (Amy in particular) is VERY rude and cites "you dont own this place" when asked about policies 3) Charged $10 PER trash can for the cleaning team to empty trash bags from trash cans.... isnt this what a cleaning team does? 4) Wifi not guaranteed to work in each unit, at "owners discretion"

Beautiful place. Great location. For 17 yrs our family has enjoyed it there. 3 rooms booked next month. Due to a miscommunication our family member booked 4 rooms. She was being kind and helping us out since we are low on funds. The problem is my husband can not get off work and I have plans with my mother out of town for part of that week. I totally understand 30 days prior or even 45 days to have a cancellation fee. 60 days is ridiculous. She canceled and they are keeping her $500 deposit. She even tried to keep the room and find someone else in the family to use it but they said no. $500 may not be a lot for some people but for us it is. This will unfortunately be our family’s last year going there. We do not want something like this to happen again and we know other condos for rent in that area that do not have this outrageous policy.
