This store has the worst service. There’s an entire men’s section that is closed off and they never have relevant items you can find online. Avoid this location.

Staffs are RUDE!! We have to wait like 10 minutes pass store open time. When you ask for a size they typically forget about you until you ask again. They try to ignore you, worst experience, never going back

Call the store and see what shoemaker they know of that may be able to fix them. I know an excellent shoemaker under Rocafella Center in Manhattan that you.maybe able to see if they can provide assistance. But if the cost exceeds the value & age of shoe just purchase a new pair..
