Just went in to ask a simple question about returning a shoe I ordered online. I asked the cashier (near the entrance of the store — in the kids shoes section) if I was able to return in person. She said I needed to have the shoe with me, which is understandable. But all I was asking was a question. She answered in a really rude way, all she had to do was be cordial.

Today I was picking up some tennis shoes which when I went to pay the box was broken, this is very bad because it was a gift and it seemed that it was used.
