Stayed in unit 112 to say this unit needs upgrades is an understatement. Fan in kitchen is very dirty to say the least. Drawers in kitchen are broken, no vent in kitchen, smallest tvs I have ever seen, fan over dinner table has a remote it is broke you have to hold down tape on back of remote to get fan on the light on fan stays on no way to turn it off same issue with fan in master bedroom speaking of master bedroom good luck sleeping to in the full bed in there, 2nd bedroom has fake grass hanging from the ceiling all the way around. I could go on but let's talk about the 2 pools the have so much alge in the bottom both green and black alge. The side walks of the pool have enough alge that you can write your name in it with your fingernail as most kids have done to document there stay. We made due but not happy with amount we spent to what was provided. Oh could not use 1 back door on the unit it has a note stating door is warped do not use will not be able to shut it, front screen door you have to slam shut as it does not fit the frame.

Have been going there for 15 years always totally enjoyed.They had a huge price increase all In one year.They had a GREAT STAFF,Don’t know why but Everyone Left,Their are Thousands of rooms available.So I don’t understand why the Large Increase.

The place is nice. The weekends are ridiculous, one representative tells you to park near your unit, then you come out to a $125 parking ticket, even though you have a parking pass. They harass you for arm bands but don't give you enough for your family and want to charge $20 each. The management needs to train their staff better. Looks like they are taking care of the overall property pretty well though. Lots of heavy duty oceanfront concrete wall repair in progress. The unit we stayed in was updated really nice. Five stars for the unit.

The best place ever. The beach was nice if you're sitting and chilling there but those tides doesn't mess at all. Those tides will slap you up and down and if you don't pay attention you could seriously hurt. Just be very careful and be safe.
