It's a really nice brand new apartment complex complex back behind Venetian Bay golf course in new Smyrna unfortunate unfortunately about 30 or 40 cars were flooded because the parking lot is low

Highly recommend! We had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in phase 1 and absolutely loved it. Sad to see the lease end. If it weren’t for a long commute, I wouldn’t be worried about moving for a long time. Thanks for all the good times!

Bldg numbers too small. Can not read. Apartment numbers are visible okay just not building numbers.

This place is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Phil and Giovanni are the best! The apartments are very spacious, the amenities are beautiful. Definitely luxury living at its best! Would recommend it to everyone!!!
