I've called non stop for 2 days and yet not 1 employee would bother to answer the phone. Not even when I let it ring & ring & ring. I use to rave about how good the customer service is. I'm extremely disappointed with them now!!

Just had a usps package containing over $350 in merchandise left on the ground by the mailbox at the street. I will now request all shipments avoid usps (even priority) in the future!

Long wait times and rude managers. Some people are very nice but the majority of the staff just doesn’t seem to care. They need a complete overhaul. Just take the extra time to drive to a different post office.

I would actually go in to dobit in person with any documentation you have and see what they say
I believe you can use the address if you have a P.O. box with them. It's one of the added benefits.
