We read some of the reviews and knew it was dicey, but we decided to take a chance. When we arrived in the room, it looked as if it was cleaned 6 months ago but hadn't been used since then. It was dusty, dingy, but not totally offensive. The bathtub was dirty in the sense that the faucet had been leaking and left hard water buildup in the tub. The AC worked and kept the room relatively cool, but there was only one section of the vent that was producing air. We were staying for one night, so it was good enough. What made this a one-star experience was the fact that the next morning I saw the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in the bathroom. It was at least 2-3 inches in length and had been there awhile based on its size. We left shortly thereafter. Clearly, they aren't very diligent about cleaning the rooms, and I will never return. Pay extra and stay somewhere else that's clean.

Price was too much for the lack of amenities. Also was given a dirty room upon check-in, then the next room was a down grade from what I paid for, third room I was given door reader didn't work to open room. Took over an hour to get checked in a room that I still didn't have keys for upon having to get to my scheduled event. Had to pick up upon returning. We dealt with 4 didn't staff members and the maintenance man. Danielle was friendly but kept making mistakes, guy I don't recall his name wasn't rude but you could tell he wasn't trying to be bothered. African-American woman standing on customer side of desk was rude, mouthy, and completely lacked customer skills. The overnight gentleman was super friendly and apologetic for all the mistakes and wasting my time. Maintenance man was also super friendly and apologetic. Bed was comfy and after finally getting what I paid for was a clean room. I probably wouldn't stay there again as price (total paid was $146/night) was more comparable to an 3 or 4 star hotel and with lack of amenities this clearly was not. Also didn't appreciate being talked to crazy by the one employee who appeared to be off duty. Definitely need to educate her on customer service skills!

The front desk lady when I visited on 5/24/2022 was less than helpful. In fact she acted like we were bothering her by trying to check in to the hotel. Long story short, she didn't put forth much effort into finding our reservation. However, my lady works for Expedia and she called and resolved our issue. If you like customer service stay away from this property.

Everything was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and did extra to make us feel welcome. There were two negatives though; 1. You have to pay $10 to park across the street. 2. Our refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, I would stay there again.
