The worst BOA (or bank in general) I've ever been to. Customer service is non-existant, no matter the time of day - nobody ever answers the phone - going as far as picking up the phone and hanging up immediately, even with an appointment - waiting 45+ minutes after your appointment time that was made 2 weeks in advance, no notary on site since February, etc. etc. etc. I can go on and on, but moral of the story - do not go here.

Bank of America consolidated their branches in RI. Now you have to wait almost 20 min to see a teller. I’m sure this will be blamed on covid….. The people who work there are friendly enough, just don’t be in a hurry
