Don’t order here. Idk what happened for past month. I always was ordering for pickup and usually my pizza was ready in 10-15 minutes, now it takes over 1hr. What changed for it to take so much longer? I can’t wait for over 1hr and cancelled my orders two times.

First Contact: I placed a HUGE order Friday night 3/18 at a Dominos and the quality of the food we received was terrible! I ordered a total of 11 pizzas, 8 orders of wings, plus an additional order of wings that were ordered separately at the same location. The pizza lacked cheese and was very dry and appeared to have been sitting out so it wasnt hot AT ALL and I was there a few mins after the time it said it was ready. It almost appeared as if the pizza was warmed over. The wings were not good and not to mention that they were supposed to be flavored wings and they had little to no sauce on them. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT WE RECEIVED. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and they told me they don't have one on site, I asked if they could remake the order fresh they said because it was a large order they couldn't even though it wasn't up to par! I'm VERY VERY disappointed and in fact we actually had to end up eating somewhere else after spending $216 with dominos on food that we COULDN'T eat! Second Contact: I woke up this morning to a missed phone call from Domino's store last night 3/22/22 at 10:20pm. [VERY UNACCEPTABLE, because that's not normal business hours]. I returned the phone call to James during normal business hours and he wasn't available but the person that I spoke to who stated his name was "Ryan" [ I had to ask for his name multiple times before he would give it to me, So i'm not even sure that I believe that is his name].... "Ryan" stated that there is nothing he can do about the issue and continued to make me aware that Dominos doesn't have a corporate number which is what we were also told when we called the store on 3/18... He also stated that if I reach back out to Dominos customer service they are just going to route it back to the store and it will remain unresolved. He didn't resolve the issue and when I asked what he could do to accommodate us for the inconvenience he stated we could get one or two pizzas, I explained that we are not local we live in Raleigh NC he stated "then oh well there's nothing we can do and dropped the call". The entire situation has been hectic and very much unprofessional. I also would love to mention that I called from my work phone so I can get this call recording pulled because the way he spoke to me was VERY unacceptable, disrespectful and unprofessional and again the issue is still unresolved. Also throughout the conversation he kept pretending as if we couldn't hear me when I was speaking because it was things he didn't want to address. Meanwhile we ended up having to order elsewhere to get something worth eating because the quality of their food was terrible. PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. BETTER YET STEER CLEAR OF DOMINOS BC CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! Its one thing to have an issue with a company but it's another when the company cares NOTHING about resolving your issue at all. Says alot about Domino's as a whole.

I live a few blocks away and it took over 3 hours. My ONE medium thin crust pizza finally arrived, but it was cold and completely charred burnt. Downright unacceptable! Easily the WORST dominos I’ve ever ordered from. 0/5 stars

The app is easy to use except for the fact they don’t take a debit or credit card on the app. I had to call the store was placed on hold twice first time was 13.5 mins the second time was 9 mins. I finally was able to pay for my order, they food got here and the food was horrible! The feta cheese bread with spinach didn’t have spinach or feta, the chicken with jalapeños and pineapple was burnt. I will never eat here again. Very disappointed!
