I spoke to what was supposed to be the store manager today, named Lua. She was absolutely HIGH AS A KITE!!! She couldn't hold a conversation AT ALL. Literally, she made no sense while I was talking with her. Last week we made a $400+ purchase, gave our rewards phone number, the cashier said it was all good. We go to return 2 items 8 days later and the cashier tries to pull the order off of our rewards and nothing!!! I log on and sure enough, it wasn't on there. THAT was concerning to me and a lot of rewards lost!!! I went home, grabbed the receipt and went back, made the return. I called Lua while on the way and as I tried to hold a conversation, she slurred her words badly, kept repeating everything and didn't understand anything I was saying. This was just a weird experience. The service at this store has gone WAYYYYY down hill!!! Seriously World Mark...this was a gross experience!

There's a lot of very interesting things here. The food section is great to wonder around in to find things you won't find most other places. The furniture seems overpriced so I generally don't look at that stuff. The staff are always friendly and its generally not too busy on the weekdays. If you go, I recommend picking up some chocolate Tim Tams. They are excellent.

The place was clean and stocked with different products from around the world. Can't be truly picky about what flavors you might find there if looking. The staff seemed to know where everything was when asked about curtian product. It was a interesting place I will be going back more often, now that I know they have a childhood drink favorite of mine.

The pandemic has been hard on World Market. They have raised prices and selection is not what it used to be. Regardless, I love this store and the wonderful foods and treasures I find here. Many things from around the world.
